temporary changes to deliveries during coronavirus lockdown

Due to restrictions in travel, working hours and courier availability we’ve had to make changes to all of our shipping methods. Changes apply to all current and future orders effective immediately.

We are offering rapid local home delivery and UK wide postal orders. See below for more information.

Collection orders are suspended. If you have made an order for collection check your inbox or contact us at [email protected]

Do not head to the store to collect – we are closed.

Our slot for our couriers has changed, as such we can only dispatch orders the same day if they are received before 9.00am. Any orders received after then will be dispatched the next day. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, you can pay extra for a Saturday delivery, guaranteed by 1pm, or any other extra postal method, email us to organise this.

UK wide economy and express services running normally, however expect delays during lockdown. We can’t dispatch any postal orders on a Saturday or Sunday, these will be dispatched as a priority on a Monday morning.

If you have placed an order and think your delivery is overdue, please wait few days then contact us via email at [email protected]

We’ve expanded to a 15-miles to try and help locals get through these troubling times a bit better. All deliveries are contactless, we’ll call you when onroute and leave your order on the doorstep.

Different charges apply to the new zone, if you could get the rapid delivery before this change then there should be no change to the cost to you – the red zone which is £2.50. Further out the yellow zones and green zones are charged at £4.00 and £5.00 respectively. There is limited slots that fluctuate on the availability of delivery drivers.

Enter your postcode at the checkout and check your options, select RAPID DELIVERY for this option if you think its incorrect, send us a message to [email protected]
