Same Day Delivery Information
If you’ve placed an order with our same day delivery service (rapid delivery) we’ll dispatch and deliver your order the very same day. This service is restricted to delivery addresses within 15-mile of our store. Minimum spend threshold of £10 and order cut-off time of 5pm applies. Any orders placed after 5pm will be delivered the next day. These orders can be paid by cash on delivery.
This service is avalible 7-days a week, chargeable from £2.50 to £5 depending on your location. Orders over £80 are delivered for free.
Click & Collect Information
Our Click & Collect service is a convenient way for you to get your online order quick from our store. Simply select this service at the checkout and we’ll email or text you when your order is ready to picked up from our Glasgow store. This service is free of charge for all orders and available 7-days a week. You’ll need to bring along the card used for the transaction and either your confirmation SMS or email. (no need to print, save the trees!). You can even pay with cash on collection if you’ve used an online discount code.
We aim to have your collection order ready within 1-hour during store opening times however this can vary during peak times
Postal Delivery Information
We offer a range of postal options throughout the UK using Royal Mail, DPD and Parcelforce. These vary depending on the weight of your order and your delivery location and start from £2.95. Enter your postcode at the checkout to check the most recent rates. All orders received before 9am will be dispatched the same day. Our postal services are dispatched Monday to Friday, any orders placed after 9am on a Friday will be dispatched on a Monday morning with priority.
This is due to restrictions on the amount of staff we can have in-store, we hope to move the cut-off time in the coming weeks.
We offer tracked and non-tracked postal options, we’ll update you along the way. Express tracked options have SMS notifications on day of delivery.

Login to My Account to check the current status of your order. If your order has not been dispatched already you can simply place another order with your additions, select click and collect and drop us a message.
If you have selected click & collect for your order we’ll send you a confirmation email or SMS when we have it ready for you. This is usually around 1-hour after purchase during opening times. If you think your collection order is overdue then get in touch.
If you selected a tracked option at the checkout we’ll email or text your tracking information.
For economy postal methods, if you think your order is overdue please wait a few days before contacting us.
We’ll need some information from you including photographs of the packaging and the delivery note enclosed in your order.
We will only consider claims of orders that have been delivered in the last 48-hours.
